The Erudite Lecture organized by the PG & Research Department of Zoology Mar Ivanios College (Autonomous), in association with the Kerala State Higher Education Council, (5th December 2022) at 10:00 am in Mar Gregorios Hall.

The Department has UGC Minor Research Projects and Research support funded by the University of Kerala. The Department has 3 KSCSTE Student Projects and receives funds through the DBT-STAR College scheme.

The Department organises field trips and study tours regularly for students.

Students accompanied by the Faculty of the Department go for Marine specimen collection to Tuticorin, attend Residential Nature Camps in the forest (with authorization from Govt. Forest Department) and go on study tours to CMFRI, Kochi.

The students are also taken to the Soil Research Lab, Trivandrum and zoological parks such as the Mysore Zoo.
